What is included in the rental price?

The price you see when you book on Rentalo includes the essential parts of the service, but there are also additional costs that may apply depending on use.

Included in the price

• Vehicle rental cost, based on the days selected and the daily price set by the owner.
• Rentalo service fee, which covers:
  • Secure payment processing
  • Operations support and customer service
  • SURA insurance policy

Not included in the price

• Fuel: the driver must return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had when they received it.
• Parking and tolls: during or at the end of the trip, if applicable.
• Cleaning charges: if the vehicle is returned in unacceptable condition.
• Fines or penalties: for late returns, misuse or prohibited use of the vehicle.
• Vehicle delivery or pickup cost (“delivery”).
