Prohibited uses policy
At Rentalo, safety, compliance with the law and proper use of vehicles are essential. That's why we have clearly defined which practices count as prohibited uses during trips booked through our platform.
Verified drivers and full responsibility
Only drivers verified by Rentalo are authorized to book and drive a vehicle. Being a verified driver means having provided all required documents, meeting our eligibility criteria and keeping an active account in good standing.
If an unauthorized (unverified) third party drives the vehicle, the verified driver will be held fully and solely responsible for any accident, damage, loss or incident that occurs during that improper use.
