What is the “notice period”?

The notice period is the time between the booking request and the pickup time. By default, the notice period is 2 hours for cars that are not instantly bookable and 4 hours for cars that are instantly bookable.

Owners can set their own notice period to fit their schedule in the “Availability” section of their listing. The maximum notice allowed is 12 hours.
