Owner payout policy

At Rentalo we aim to offer a transparent and fair model for all our owners, whether they are registered companies or individuals. This policy describes when and how payouts are made, and the fees applied to the transaction.
Payout methods and conditions
- Payouts are processed Monday to Friday, and only once the owner has confirmed that everything is in order with the vehicle (condition, return and general state).
- All payouts are made by international transfer, and take an estimated 3 to 5 business days to appear in the owner's account.
- If there is an error in the bank account or the transfer is rejected, the payout will be made by check:
- The check is requested once the error is identified.
- The process can take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
Owner's responsibility: keep your bank details on the platform up to date and correct.
