Steps to verify your driver account on Rentalo

To book a vehicle, your account must be fully verified. Follow these steps:

1. Upload your profile picture. Make sure it is clear, recent and shows your face.
2. Confirm your email address. Check your inbox and click the verification link sent by Rentalo.
3. Verify your phone number. Enter a mobile number in your name. You will receive a code by SMS to validate it.
4. Complete your identity verification. Upload a clear image of your ID document (national ID card or passport) and your driver's license.
5. Add a valid payment method. Register an active credit or debit card so bookings and deposits can be processed.

Note: your account will remain “Not verified” until all of these steps are complete.
